Very Bad Bad service from client service lady

Went to shoprite cravenby roundabout 16.00. I bought cooldrink raisin bread and 4 cupcakes at bakery. came at the till and saw that the lid of holder where cup cakes is in comes loose every time. at till I managed to put the lid back on securely. while anasstacia was ringing up the lady training her asked Monique seekoei front end controller with customer service band on if they don't have piece of sellotape just to secure cupcakes as I'm going to walk home. she came and look at the back and blatantly said we don't have and lady still said its for customer. she said we don't have and I asked her can't she make a plan because it looks to me I'm unnecessary to her. she took anastacia from the till who is pregnant to go look for sellotape at the back. Monique doesn't have the qualities to wear the customer service bands and her face give a very bad impression to customers. I'm a loyal customer for years now and I don't want people like her to spoil my loyalty.
