Very bad attitude

I was next on the queue putting my staff on the counter the next thing is Sonto the cashier was scanning the store staff food I have to stand and wait for her to finish but she did not tell me what was happening .after that she helped me but my change was short ,I have to wait for her to ask for the other change from her colleague her service is pathetic
