Very bad abd poor service rendered in shoprite dawn park centre

0+service from both the management and the staff members in particular Ndivho Nethomboni he is very rude ,extremely arrogant to the extent that he had the audacity to shout at me back when l asked why the service was so slow he even said that he doesn't care even if he losses his job,the manager is also very arrogant dies not care about the shop or the customers half the time he ignores customer complaints ,that shop is a very bad example of the retail industry and l hope their shareholders take this review very seriously, a drastic change has to happen because a countless number of times l have reported them to their head office but still there is no change very frustrating😡
