very bad

I am here to write my views with regards to the bad experience i got from a Nabeela at Shoprite in Vangard (Athlone), I bought an item that had the last part of the barcoded area scratched or faded abit ,cashier tells me they cannot sell this item,she calls her senior who happens to be this Nabeela.....my lord her tone of voice , the attitude , the choice of words she used....basically she was telling me to shove off ....she reports to a branch manager named Basson....nothing was done with the issue at hand .....NABEELA AT SHOPRITE VANGARD (ATHLONE) IS VERY RUDE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IS 0
