very annoyed

I regularly buy from shop rite in phionix... On the 30 Aug I went to pay my Dstv. Cashier did not give me a recipient... My Dstv was then cut on the 14 September.. How the heck is this possible!!!!!!! Shop rite in phionic needs to explain this or refund my cash or sort my Dstv out cause this is rediculas now I have to pay double due to their cashier negligirnce... Contact me on ********** 592 asap
