Verification of account

Good morning I have registered an MMA account with shoprite online and during registration they don't ask you to verify your account they first waits till you receive money in your account then they put your account on hold after the second deposit they put my account on hold and then they ask me to send them my I'd to get the account verify which I don't have as I was a victim of being ****** of my wallet that my I'd was in and where must I get money for a temporary I'd if I'm unemployed and why waist money on a temporary I'd if I can get an original I'd document I also went personally to shoprite in the town centre in Mitchell's Plain to get my account activated and the manager said I can come with the simcard that was registered on my account along with an affidavit stating that I don't have my I'd they will get my account active but now when I've contacted them via email it's a different story I've even requested them to close the account on behalf of me and send me the money that was send to me to my tymebank account but that's also useless I'm stressful over this money that's locked up in shoprite money market account and due to me that can't get that R350 I'm gonna lose the opportunity to start working again I'm supposed to start the 1st of July at the city council but without an I'd I dont stand a chance to get the work and it's all because of shoprite MMA that's making my life difficult without an I'd documentation I am fully aware that you do need an I'd to verify any bank account but why all of a sudden now why not ask for registration documents during registration like any other bank's why wait for money to go in to your account the second time then they ask you to send your I'd for verification and they put hold on your account why !!!!???????
