Utterly disgusting service! Appalling staff!!!

<p>First of all the lady who works in the bakery counter in the morning is a wonder, she's always greeting us and making us feel welcome. I'm not saying we all need to be best friends and giggling at Shoprite however a little respect goes a long way in Customer Services. </p> <p>I literally had one of the 'Customer Service' personnel (not looking where she was going) bump into me and no apology or acknowledgement was even given. It would've been understandable had it been one of the customers and even then we usually apologise for bumping into eachother.</p> <p><br />To top things off when I went to the kiosk to pay for my groceries I asked for a plactic packet. It was then thrown on the pile groceries. I looked up from checking the newspapers and everything was still there unpacked. I then asked the Cashier Brenda if she's not going to pack my things and with the greatest attitude I was told 'No'.</p> <p><br />I've been to Shoprites all over the country and never have I received such disgusting service. More training on customer service s****s is definitely needed by your staff!</p>
