UTTERLY DISGUSTED

<p>So today i went to withdraw money from Shoprite Golden Acre Cape Town there was basically no people there other then myself the cashier helped me but needed a 'CONTROLLER' to complete my transaction the controller came after 15min of waiting for her to come then she said she would call another one who is in a higher position then her i then waited and waited then eventually the cashier decided to to go physically to collect one as i was getting ANNOYED as they did not have any sense of urgency and now the money market was getting full as it was peak hour the controller came i requested for her name and the previours controllers name she refused and hid her name tag i asked her whats is the point of having a name tag if she did not want to give me her name she just looked at me like i was CRAZY. i HAD THE MOST ABSURD SERVICE IN MY LIFE spenty an hour to an empty shoprite where i was the only customer at the money market</p>
