Useless shoprite send

I used their international money transfer service. The money left my account, but my recipient has not received the funds and shoprite is refusing to help me, saying the money has not reached them. I have sent all kinds of proof of payment to no avail. I get stuck with a call center agents that do not know what they are doing, but to frustrate me.
