Useless personel

16th Dec '20.. i got ****** by the store and it took the front contoller/ XL person, who moves like a ***, 20 min to refund my MONEY. I bought 2 air fresheners for 11.99 ea reduced from 16.99. This person tells me.. 1 for 11.99 and 2 for 16.99 each. Lack of common sense. Furthermore she us expecting me to use my details on the refund paperwork.. IT'S NOT MY FAULT. I WAS GETTING ******.
