Useless manager LUCAS

This for the manager that runs the Shoprite centre in Eldorado Park LUCAS the useless manager that is not around when you need him. Just 5 minutes ago my 3year old son got bumped by a youngster on a bicycle right in front of Shaheeds fast food. I was so angry that I slapped the youngster and the security Freddie let the youngster go on his bicycle. I was held by patrons and they all including the security FREDDIE let the youngster ride off. I wanted to grab his bike and go to the police station but I got stopped instead of the young man. When I asked about the centre manager of his whereabouts they told me that he's not at the centre.

I want to know why he LUCAS allows such things as bicycles in the centre he so calls runs. I got his number from the security and guess what his phone goes straight to voice-mail.

If he does not do anything about it I will take the matter up with his office and will not be as nice as I am now.
