Usave Benoni unhelpful

I have an issue with the money market at Usave Benoni, my helper went there early this month to send her children money unfortunately she had forgotten her phone at home and she forgot her PIN number to we went there 2 weeks ago to do a new pin and even today she hasn’t received a new pin and the money I am highly disappointed as to how she has been treated. I have phoned the phone goes un answered the whole week last week
