Urgent - incorrect flight tickets sold

I would firstly like to say how bad the service is at Shoprite<br> On the 30 July 2015 my mother bought mango tickets from JHB to Capetown, Co 108 #0042 at 11:33:06 am<br> The first time the cashier entered the information in the system , the information was entered incorrectly , she then entered the information again was incorrect as when we got to the airport on the 23 rd September only then we realized the tickets were booked for the 23 rd August 2015 and not the 23rd September 2015 <br> Our accommodation was booked from the 23rd September up till the 27th September 2015 , why would we buy tickets for august <br> When calling Shoprite i spoke to Nhlanhla who promised to call me back and resolve the matter with the relevant footage which she didn't care to do. <br> The receipt we have is not signed , the total for the tickets spent at Shoprite was R 15 108.96 for 9 people<br> We had to purchase further tickets costing us an additional R 30 000 , having to spend 15 extra hours at the airport with minor children<br> We are therefore requesting the relevant footage of proof of signature to be sent to us as promised and we require a refund of R 15 108.96 to be refunded as a result of shoprite checkers mistake
