Urgent Complaint About Repeated Payment Errors and Misconduct at Shoprite Thabong

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at your Thabong Shopping Centre branch during my recent visits.

On two consecutive occasions, I attempted to pay one of my Outsurance policies. I specifically informed the cashier which policy I wanted to pay, yet on both occasions, they processed the payment to the wrong policy. After the first incident, I returned to correct the issue, only to face the same mistake.

When I raised my concerns about this repeated error, I was treated with hostility and eventually chased out of the store for complaining. This treatment is completely unacceptable and has caused me both inconvenience and distress.

I demand an explanation for this unprofessional conduct and a resolution to the issue. Additionally, I would like to know what steps you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future.
