upset customer

Good day I am highly disappointed in the service rendered by one of your stores in Belle ombre, Pretoria. The young lady that was assisting us had no nametag, was light in colour, and had short, dyed blonde hair. While we were on a very long queue, she wanted to busy counting coins, very slow during rush hour peak time. When me and the other customers started complaining that we needed to be assisted, she proceeded to recount the money again without saying a word to us, no apologies, no nothing, and the supervisor was busy chatting away about their life problems. During rush hour, only two cashiers assisting the long queue of customers in the heat. I am certain if this incident would have not occurred in the suburbs, because it is a black area, we must be disrespected. This type of behaviour towards your customers is disgusting. All your staff need to be taken to training on how to deal with customers, how to treat and speak to customers, the supervisor just needs to be replaced because she does not know her duties. I need to know how this will be remedied as this is not the first time, even when customers got angry and left their goods because of their disgusting behaviour they did not changed, they continued not to give a damn.
