Upset customer

The worst service I received from Shoprite Dube Money market. The staff is lazy and doesn't want to adapt to change. I waited over an hour in a queue for just a savings card. The others couldn't help because they cant adapt to the new system. Only one person is able to assist. Very poor service. They even have attitude
