Untrained staff

<p>I was at shoprite alberton at the hot food department, when we were trying to buy the lady was busy writing something on her book when we asked for service she was not interested at all she told us to wait with a stinking attitude then I asked what is important us or the book??? She asked that are we here to buy or to ask questions??? I asked what the hell are you saying to us??? She came when she saw her manager. I'm sure she was not trained properly or she was not trained at all, she doesn't respect customers and I also think she doesn't belong in retail industry. And the was a useless manager that was saying to her keep quiet and do your job. Shoprite is getting worse everyday I don't think I'll shop there ever again.SIES</p>
