Untraceable Money

My son made a purchase of R500 plus thru a ABSA bank card. The transaction went thru according to bank records but the cashier claims that no money went into Shoprite. Today 21/07 was the end of the stipulated waiting period and manager is ducking and diving. Phoned several times and I can't get hold of her.
