Unsatisfied customer service.

Unsatisfied service received by Shoprite Westgate Mall, Weltvreden & Vanguard drive, Mitchell's Plain. I took wipes for my child the price was stated on the shelves for R20 a packet but when i got to the till cashier Anathi Solani said there's no barcode on the 2 packets of wipes and then ask the packer to go check for a barcode the cashier then returned and said that, the wipes was supposed to be in a packed thats why it did not scan the barcode the cashier then called the controller who said sorry theres nothing that she can do instead of calling the manager so that we could have resolved the issue i know there's a consumers policy what you see is what you buy camera footages can be viewed and can be checked if i opened a packet or just went to the selves where i just took the wipes where it was on display so somewhere along the line someone need to answer me.
