Unsatisfied customer

We just had the worst experience in one of your branches at Ndofaya Mall, we had to wait for an hour before getting assistance from a teller. They had only 4 tellers and kiosk was closed, on such a busy day obviously the queues are long and instead of atleast having 6 tellers to accommodate the long queues we had to wait a whole hour. Am really not impressed
