Unsatisfied Customer

Had the worst experience at Shoprite Atlantis with the "branch manager" being so rude as well as the cashier.. I saw a price on the shelf called a shelf packer and he confirmed that i must take a picture of the pricing and the product that was packed by the price so i did just that went to the paypoint to pay for my stuff gave the cashier the product and the price tag that was on the shelf she gave me one hell of an attitude and i said she must call the person in charge that's when the branch manager came forward and was so rude in the way she spoke to me i wasn't even bothered by the product anymore my problem is with the staff that feel they doing us a favor to serve us giving us stinking attitudes... I don't agree with the saying "customer is always right" because that's never the case

The way the shoprite/FoodWorld staff spoke to me was totally unexceptionable
