Unsatisfied

On Thursday the 2nd of November, I went shopping at Shoprite Mahikeng whereby I happened to have purchased 2 10kg cake flours and was rather charged for 3 which I noticed when I got home and I called the shop to explain and they asked me to go with the recipient at the store, I went when I got there they told me they had to check on their cameras if I'm telling the truth.. I was then told they have no idea where the camera people are and I waited God knows how long without even being checked on, later I was told to leave and come back of which I did on the same day.. then I waited again for some time and was told that they don't know where the camera people are, I decided to leave and told them I'll be back, then I went again on Tuesday the 7th and the treatment was rather worse and I left after waiting unattended for a while.. not sure they even saw when I left... Very disappointed
