Unsatisfactory Service

Pathetic management at Alberton.

I had to ask the manager for a second time to source me the rand I rama hose pipe for R100.

I waited over 15mins for him to find a book to note my details.

Yesterday afternoon I receive a call mentioning that the hose pipes are in the store, irrespective that I had a meeting at 3 which I preparing for your excellent manager expect me to drop everything and rush to his store as the special was ending yesterday so he said.

He had a total lack off understand and didn't consider my predicament.

Further his attitude is unbecoming of a manager... Where do urll source such people without people s****s to manage a store and deal with the public.

I don't shop at shoprite because that store is always filthy and when I do I'm rendered with such service.
