Unsafe and pained to think you have the equipment!!!!

On Sunday, 28 July 2019, I was pick pocketed in Shoprite at Watergate in the toiletries isle. Upon noticing I went a little crazy or into panic. I went to the security and they called the control and they went to view the footage. Only to hear from the staff there that this is not the first one for the weekend and that they have been targeting people in the store. Yes, we have come to a point in this world were you are not safe anywhere. Shoprite have Cameras in the store why is the person in the control room not alert and taking note or paying attention to the cameras? The Watergate Mall Centre management are saying majority of the thefts are happening in the shop ( Shoprite)and then all the management can do is say Sorry. What does that help. You have all the things necessary to help your customers but yet people are losing there belongings in your shop. What are you doing about it, you cannot just say sorry. What are you doing up your game/ security measures.
