Unprofessionalism and ********* serbice

This serves to inform you that I went to Shoprite based Langa near the train station on the 13 April 2022 just before 11:00am.I went to buy Boxer and sweets and one of Shoprite lady official assisted me to get the boxer and sweets ,when I got to the till they only informed me that they don’t take debit/credit cards and I asked why you allow us to move around the shop without informing us that u don’t cards?The lady on the till instead of apologizing she called the one who was assisting me on the floor to account ,her response was she didn’t know that I was going to use a card. Such response to your loyal customer is unacceptable.Both the lady on the till and the one who assisted me on the floor didn’t apologize to me and I even made a comment that you don’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused they just looked at each other as if they are saying THIS WOMAN IS MAD. I further said to them I know customer care service so I please Shoprite Management to have an evaluation process as well as proper training and supervision.
