Unprofessional staff and rude Shoprite Parys management

A customer, E.M went to shoprite to pay her DSTV account, the staff members of Parys Shoprite then paid the amount of R471.00 to another customers account. This customer then spoke to the management of Parys Shoprite who told her that it would be irreversible and that there was nothing they can do about the lost amount.

This same customer E.M then went again to pay the same dstv account and then the staff at shoprite paid a some one else's TV license with the same surname instead of checking to verify the information. When the customer informed management, again she was informed that the money has gone and that nothing can be done about it.

Shoprite management did nothing to reimburse the customer for the R700/R800 she had lost due to Shoprite's inefficient staff.
