unprofessional security guard by the door

i would like to lay a formal complaint again 1 of the security guard at the door shoprite sky city. This is my second incident with him, don't know his name short light in complexion.

1st incident came with pick and pay trolley with slip left my staff inside like usual, when I m about to go out, I gave him my sleep of items I bought 2 items on the slip, he ask where the rest of the slip this other items, said this are pick nd pay there's a slip, he was rude I kept quite. Today again same incident I bought 3 items in orders I had pick n pay trolly that I left by the entrance, gave him the slip similar he did the similar thing that he did last week gave him sleep he ask where's the rest of the slip said I left my trolly to buy,there's a slip open and check this are pick n pay groceries with branded name I said to him, last week you did they same this you have me attitude he reply and said yaa izulu..uyangoziphaphela. This is how shoprite staff need to treat paying customers, by being rude. This is unacceptable.
