Unprofessional practice

We have been loyal customers to shoprite for more than 18 years. Especially the shop in Vasco. Today of all days we have never been so humiliated. On purchasing box of their name brand sausage rolls we checked our till slip as we always do to make sure all is in order. Only to pick up that the pies did not scan the shelf price. We then queried this by the correct counter where they would refund. Please note during the whole process the pies at no moment left the store at all. Suddenly one of the staff members comes to my mother by the counter opens the box.....which was still sealed and intact.....with an attitude.....to see that everything was still inside. Just the way he did this infront of staff and other clients is not on. Out of all these years ive always watched and reported instore thefts for them and prevented this now look at how they humiliate their loyal clients. Only to when my mother left did he still get rude. If this is the case ill rather support Pick n Pay.
