Unprofessional & ***********

To Shoprite management, I came to the store on 25/05/2015 and I'm not happy with the treatment I got from the security guards who work in your store, I'm very disappointed at their incompetence & unprofessionalism I got from the three ladies failing to follow proper simply standard procedure to verify or confirm that the goods I had in my bag was not from Shoprite. Their manner of approach & dealing with the matter was shocking & terrible this is so unacceptable, How can a big store like Shoprite not have a way or system in place to check whether goods are from the store or not. What annoyed me the most was that even after looking at the footage I still did not get an apology or a proper explanation of what was going on. This is unacceptable you do not take anyone that walk into the store as a common ******** for what it's worth I did buy some goods why on earth would I pay for everything & decide to ***** lousy juice, They need to treat customers with respects I don't understand how they got their qualification if they know what procedure is, this is so pathetic.
