Unprofessional /disrespectful/insulting

This morning I've had a very Bad experience at Shoprite Liquour Diepkloof , I bought a Hennesy for R519 and I gave the Cashier R520 I only received the slip without change so I ask the Cashier " you dont ask me if I want the 10c or I don't want it you decide for yourself " respectively soo with a smiling face and I got a respond that was disrespectful & unprofessional the Cashier answered " you want 10c serious like 10 " and asked the colleague "hei hei please give him 10c lapho a hambe " I told the Cashier not to talk to me like that and she responded " heii heii heii wena uthini " and I asked for the Manager and she said "mxm she's back there at receiving I can even call her for u , the manager apologies to me and asked her to apologies but she still gave me the worst disrespect I've ever experienced, she further said " u busy uya kuluma I want to apologies " I have to say in my years buying from Shoprite liquour I've never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism
