Unprofessional customer service

Good Afternoon, today on the 20 /09/2023 in the morning before 8 am, I went to Shoprite Sam Ntuli to buy something so I decided to play lottery as well there was no queue outside to go to Kioski I went in and ask them if I can play lotto they kept quiete and look at each then they told me they don't have change I must go and look for a change first and come back ,I went in and buy Ellis brown went back to the Kioski they told me I must go outside and queue , I was so angry I left I didn't queue ,I didn't look at their names but it was chubby and dark skinned lady the other lady had braids , umcino , I was so disappointed
