Unprofessional

on the 9th april 2016 I went to shoprite sosh plaza to purchase tickets frm their computicket services and as Im standing thr being the next on the line,the cashier just decides to serve customers behind me because thy were buying the same items(tickets).then she takes more thn 10minutes helping and Im standing thr looking at her in so much shock cause she didn't even bother to ask me,she then says to me \ke tlo go thusa neh\" and im like what is happening? why are you not helping me cause I was next in line and she is like \"no my dear im going to help you with tht tone as if im being unreasonable. then there was something wrong wit the ticket cause she tiered it in the wrong place N she had to ask someone to come n assist and go to phone someone so that she can do the refund then I hve to wait again,when she was done with the refund then she tells us that the till is broken and im lyk cant u use another till and she is lyk we only use 2 tills for n the other till doesn't print THEN all of a sudden 'COMPUTICKET\" IS OFF LINE thn shesays mayb if we can go to sosh crossing to buy the tickets there and im like cant u reboot ur system thn the till started to work, NO APOLOGY...NOTHING"
