Unpleasant Service @ Kuruman Mall Shoprite

Hello, Hi. I visited Shoprite Kuruman today early this morning, while I was on my way to work. So I asked to use their stuff till as I am going to work and the store was packed with clientele. I was informed that particular till was not working , so I requested to see a Manager whom was on till 😀 and a good gesture to assist as some of their cashier was not yet on duty 😉.

So when I approached him , his facial expression change, he was RUDE, and did not even listen to what I had to say. Yes, he was busy with the client but that did not give him the right to be rude and as I also work with client .

Word of advice to Sir David 👏 please listen and respond after with a smile.

I left the store without been helped, left all my stuff right in their trolley, my apologies to stuff members whom had to pack it back but I could have paid but I couldn't because of time and long lines and couldn't afford to be late at work other wise I could have waited like the ordinary shoprite guy had said I should wait.
