Unpaid Funeral Claim

I have been battling to get my claim approved. I signed up my policy early June 2017 and my wife and I got a stillborn mid December 2017 and I have delayed a claim because we were going though a tough time. Now I have been asked to bring one document after the other and now that there's no room to demand more documents, I've been told that my claim is being processed. Its been weeks since I claimed. I need to know what is the way forward and What to do. We I do not follow up no one comes back to me and I have to be the one running around and calling the guys. All that I am asking for is for someone to treat me the same way they'd want to be treated at the time if their loss....
