Unnecessary waiting time

Three out of Five times i went to Shoprite in Boksburg North i had to wait for over 5 minutes on the vegetables side to get someone to assist with the weighing. There is hardly anyone there when you ask the staff to assist they always say let me call so and so to come assist you, then you wait another 5 minutes before anyone ever comes to assist. That is frustrating one shouldnt have to spend unnecessary time to get assisted in a station that someone is assigned to, i believe that if he is busy with something someone needs to fill up for him, its truly annoying and needs to change.
