Unmarked spilling leading to my mothers fall within the shoo

On 25th of September at shoprite Southgate value market ;whilst shopping in aisle 6 there was spillage of hair products which resulted in my mother slipping and falling badly .to male matters worse when we seeked help from the security and cleaning staff we were laughed as if my mothers life was not put at jeopardy we yet to receive any formal communication from the store .and we will like in future for such things to not happen again as every life is important and we expect to be safe within your stores
