Honestly, one needs negative star ratings to score Shoprite staff accurately.

It is always a battle to get a copy of one's slip back whenever you return anything to shoprite, even when you have purchased numerous appliances that might later become faulty and need to be returned. They insist that the company procedures don't allow them to give us back our slips - this is ******** as customers have a right to receive and retain proof of purchase.

It would be great if Shoprite reviewed its procedures to treat it's customers fairly and follow the stipulations of the Consumer Protection Act.
