unhappy with shoprite manager service

complaining about the service that I got from a manager at Shoprite Sontonga Mall on the 1st of June bought prepaid electricity at the store it didn't work called Eskom customer care center and told them that I bought the electricity from shoprite the call center agent told me that the purchase of R200 doesn't appear on the Eskom system so I must go back to shoprite and explain the matter the manager was rude telling that they not Eskom it's not they fault when I asked her to call Eskom for me she ignore me and continue working as if I'm not there I ask again she then make a call but as I was waiting for a call center agent she hang up my call telling me she's busy and she must get call since she is working then after she wrote me a wabsite tell me I must contact Eskom via e-mail I asked her that since I'm a customer and what I bought is not working she told me that not her problem I must go to Eskom I refuse to leave the store until she made a call to the customer care center of Eskom she made it yet shouting at me telling me that I will stay on the line for to long like a fool and she want to work really didn't like the treatment especially for the management she made me feel that I'm useless at shoprite unless you there to buy
