Unhappy with customer service

Every month is the same thing with shoprite and I know black Friday isn't gonna make a difference part of customer service is even if your customer didn't have a great shopping experience atleast leaving the till they should be happy but not at shoprite westgate mall. The aisle are so full of merchandise stock it is difficult to move shopper must give way for the others to pass. Stock on the top shelves is sometimes to high to reach and there is never a merchandiser to assist to take it off. When you come to the tills the lines are so long you get frustrated and when you ask the supervisor for extra cashier's she turn and go off on the cashiers sitting while doing their work instead of opening more tills. They are a new store and is very convenient to where I stay but I dread going there to do my shopping
