Unhappy with customer

I had the worse experience yesterday the 1st of July 2024 at Midway Crossing Mall. I wanted to things that costs less than R100 and they were specials on these products. The lady at the till refused to service me without the Shoprite Point Card. Because I wanted these things I had to ask a few people for borrow me their card. Which was about 10 minutes delay of everyones time. Can Shoprite find a better strategy with this Card thing.
