Unhappy Customers

Good day

I have a bad experience with shoprite stores around Gauteng/ Eastland side(Thokoza. Khumalo street and Sam Ntuli mall). I had a very unpleasant experience today with the store manager and the security at shoprite (9102 Khumalo Street). The manager refused to sell me the 1L milk(6 loose 1L milk) with the price that I saw on the shelves, the security was following me on each and every isle that I was doing my shopping at and when I got to the till, he demanded to search my stuff without my concern, I showed him the slip that the items that he is seeing I bought them from another store,, but he insisted on searching my stuff which was very unnecessary because I was the only person he was following nor searching.... The store manager was also rude....

And I haven't got any feedback from shoprite ever since I complained about the manager at shoprite in Sam Ntuli and in Sam Ntuli mall this incident happened on the 25 November 2022, until today I haven't got any response from shoprite at Head Office,,, I called them several times but nothing has been done as yet.
