Unhappy customer

I received the worst service at shoprite in dobsonville mall, I bought a kettle on the 17th of June and unfortunately it wasn't working properly, so i had to go back on the 18th for an exchange. I walked into the store with proof of purchase and the kettle asked the security guard where I'm supposed to Take it and he directed me towards the tills but when i got there i was dismissed very rudely treated like an annoying pest without them even hearing me out, I explained i was there to exchange but the void lady said my problem wasn't serious and had other things to attend to i waited for close to 30 minutes without service, i then had to go back again And ask for help but i was told they were offline no one acknowledged me and even after I exchanged the kettle I was left to wander with the old kettle i was there to return, I then had to go back and ask what I should do with it and received a full Plate of attitude will not be shopping there again absolutely do not recommend.
