Unhappy customer

I bought Pritt glue from this store on the 04/02/2025, only to find out when I got home my partner had already bought and I went to Shoprite stadium Plaza for a refund with the original receipt and they said I should take it back to the store where I bought it and today 06/02/2025 I took it to Shoprite Attlyn and they said they couldn't take it as it's does not have a customer code ,I'm not happy with the kind of service that I'm getting I've already lost more money with taxi fare trying to refund this product.
