unhappy customer

i was at Alexandra shop rite Alex mall i went to pay my telkom account at 7.00 am I had a bad experience with the cashier that gave me a very bad service and this is my second experience with that very rude and unprofessional cashier .I ask to speak to the manager which he also left me at the second cashier without telling me that i will be assisted , store manager name they said is TAITAI which don't know if is his correct surname. unhappy customer i will not recommend any of my friends to shop at ALEX MALL SHOP RITE
