Unhappy client

The service in that shoprite it's nonsense even the supervisor herself doesn't respect customers, I was in a line and she just came with lots of thing's to pay and other cashiers while we have been waiting for services from them, she doesn't even ask to be assisted she just changed the slip that the cashier can help her while we waiting In the queue for almost 20 minutes for her to be helped and her cashiers what kind of service is this. Are we service customers first before. And it's not the first time this happen alot of time. Thought maybe it's coincidence bit I can see it's some thing she is used too. She need to be dealt with. If she doesn't know the job description of being a supervisor maybe shoprite should give her training.she was even hidding her badge name that I cannot see as I said I am going to report this.
