Unfriendly rude staff

Went to Shoprite East London, Caxton Street today after work didn't have my Shoprite card but asked the lady if I can use my ID nr as I usually does,but she refused and were very rude,I actually felt embarrassed by her behavior nd this is not the 1st time I met a rude cashier at shoprite
