Unfairly demoted,salary cut and moved to another branch

My name is Mzwandile Mthembu i have been working for Shoprite Mtubatuba for 10 years,i was promoted to stock administrator in 2015 which took me to a management position.Last year i was a case was opened .The executive divisional manager came and said he was not happy with our work and i was demoted and i was told that i will no longer work in mtubatuba branch and i had to start working in empangeni on the 1st of November 2021 I was the only one who had to move to another branch.This came as a shock cause i had not planned to move ,my salary was cut by R3000 and as i reside in Mtubatuba i have to take the bus to Empangeni each day which costs even more on the little money that I'm now being paid.I feel since i was demoted by the company and hours reduced i was willing to work more hours to make up i wasn't fairly demoted and i had no say in the matter of being moved to another branch.Im suffering with my needs and travelling more than a 100 kms a day .After working for Shoprite for 10 years
