Unfair treatment by Thulane cashier

Good day,

Kindly assist with one of your stores located in Ratanda called Shoprite mini Ratanda.

An employee of yours by the name Thulane who is a cashier at the kioski treeted me unfairly and infringed on my rights and a paying customer and as a woman!

I am 30 years old and Pregnant, so today my hip joints are in pain so i took a walk to losen then as advices. I got to Shoprite and bought groceries, the lines were long and slow as usual. After i had paid my groceries and cut my bread I went to the kioski to play lotto, it is not the first time ive had terrible service, last time i was told there's no money when i wanted to withdraw... so as i was waiting to play and argument started between the cashier and yet they would never tell a white woman to queue twice if she was standing there, I've seen it a couple of times happen, it's the Hippocratic behaviour I'm disappointed of, worse he's manager was standing there laughing when they humiliated me and chased me as a dog, the audacity to speak and treat me liks that just after i had bought groceries. Something needs to be done, i will be waiting for the call.
