Unfair treatment

Some of their management staff are rude,I smelled an aerosol spray and I couldn't get the scent well,I sprayed it on my wrist,I decided to leave it & go pay for the rest of the items,then I was stopped rudely at the door by security like I was running away after commuting a crime,I was then taken to the line of the deodorants & aerosols to confirm the one I opened then I said I don't have a problem paying for the spray the security then escorted me to the front line to look for a manger,as we get to the manger she didn't want to hear my input also made a remark of saying don't make me make the effort of going to check the footage be for nothing or else...I then said okay go check,as she came back she said I had tested two sprays & that I think I'm smart of which I clearly indicated that I was to pay from there I asked for a refund so that I can pay for the two sprays of which the same manager sat and left us for minutes while looking at us then she rudely came to refund and left, I'm taking it legally and my experience was totally tarnished to the last bit as a loyal customer who makes frequent purchases in the very same store,I'd like for Shoprite to deal with this poor service issues and staff behaviour.
