Unfair treatment

I went to buy eggs at Shoprite in Protea Glen Mall. On my way out I produced a receipt to the security lady, she asked me to open my hand bag, I had just bought a hand lotion ,ponds perfect color from PnP Epsom downs. I didn't have the receipts with me as I have bought them 5 days ago and I forgot to declare the items .She took me to the manager's office ,they asked me if I went to the cosmetic section ,I told them I didn't. Security lady who monitors the camera, went to check to see if they will spot me on that section. Camera lady said she couldn't spot me as she had rotated the camera to follow some suspects in the shop at that time. They reached a conclusion that it was never used. And I told them i only used it twice. Security lady took me to the security room, handcuffed me to the metal grid for 4 hours standing in that cold room.
